We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hospice/Palliative Care team in Bloomington, Indiana.IU Health palliative care is focused on improving quality of life while dealing with a serious illness and providing personalized care that is focused on the patient, not just their disease, supporting care goals through pain and symptom management, spiritual and psychosocial counseling and assistance in advance care planning.  We aim to support the patient and their loved ones. Care is provided for Pediatric to Geriatric patients at the Hospice House and through Home Visits. Position Details:Full-tim
