A 25-bed critical access hospital is seeking a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join their very supportive group in Northeastern Colorado. This role is for an advanced practice provider who is seeking to cover low volumes in their Emergency Room & inpatient beds. Experienced candidates with Swing Bed programs and/or Long-Term Care patient management are encouraged to apply!With a flexible schedule, have the ability to live in Denver and travel in for 14 call shifts per month!The Opportunity:- 5 Days On / 10 Day Off Schedule with option of picking up additional shifts- 500 Annual Visits in the Emergency Room- 20 Long-term care beds & 5 inpatient/swing beds- Strong & experienced support includes ER physicians via Avel E-Care (Doc-In-A-Box), we
