POSITION SUMMARY: The Director is responsible for the ongoing, effective operation of multiple nursing units. Such responsibilities encompass the internal processes of the Department and integration of the units into the overall functioning of Northwest Texas Healthcare System. The Director supports an organizational culture for safety and Service Excellence and practices the Service Excellence standards to all customer groups. PROVISION OF SERVICES Demonstrates leadership in the provision of services through a collaborative process designed to integrate services/functions throughout NWTHS. Participates in and supports a process to measure, assess, and improve performance of management, clinical, and/or support services.
